Families (Demi-Pairs)

Busy families who need “an extra pair of hands” need a Demi-Pair!

A Demi-Pair is a person who helps you with both childcare and light housekeeping. She lives in your house and works for 20 hours per week and 2 nights’ babysitting per month in exchange for a single room and all meals.

Demi-Pairs attend English language tuition in the mornings. Living English has been operating Demi-Pair programmes for 10 years and it works!

Families (Language Assistants – French, Spanish and German)

Mad about foreign languages! ... would you love to be able to speak more, louder and better?

We propose to bring 3 foreign languages to you and your family in the form of a cultural/linguistic exchange programme – no longer a need to travel abroad to learn a language, we bring the language to you!

• Language assistants help with homework for younger children
• Specific oral and written skills for Junior and Leaving Certificate students
• General spoken language for all the family!
